We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners, customers, and visitors to our web site. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. In the event that Organik works with a partner organisation, any sharing of information with the partner will be done only with a user's consent.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we [Organik] are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site, and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this web site.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, track user's movement, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Organik takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit information via the web site or through our survey technologies, this information is protected both online and off-line.

Children's Guidelines

Children under the age of 16 are not eligible to participate in AskME surveys and we ask that children (under the age of 16) do not submit any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 16, we will delete that information from our systems.

AskME surveys

Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether to disclose information. Information requested may include data about a visit to our customer's site, optional contact information (such as name, email and mailing address), and demographic information (such as post code, age, education). AskME also collects click stream data as long as the user is participating. The data collected pertains only to the current browsing session and all data collection stops when the user leaves the site's domain(s) and or quits the browser.

Personal Information

In the course of answering or responding to our AskME surveys, you may have the opportunity to voluntarily submit personal information (e.g., providing an e-mail address). Organik Ltd may maintain this information in a database. The e-mail address information captured as part of a AskME project will only be used to invite you to participate in a follow-on survey(s) associated with the original survey. If that contact is made via email, Organik Ltd will first validate the email address provided. Your decision to participate in future surveys is completely at your discretion. That is, you have no obligation to complete this or any future survey. By participating in a survey, you understand and consent to this policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Confidentiality of Personal Information

We will not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to others outside of Organik Ltd although Organik Ltd reserves the right to use non identifiable information in aggregate reports if the client has consented.

During our AskME surveys, our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, each AskME invitation and most question boxes have an 'opt-out' mechanism so users who don't want to participate in either the survey or a specific question can opt out and move on. From time to time, our client will ask us to require specific information to be gathered in order for the user to participate in the study. In these select cases, the user will be allowed to opt-out of the survey if they do not wish to answer the required questions. In most cases, the user is not required to answer any questions and can simply skip a particular answer with which they are not comfortable.

Use of cookies

An AskME survey session may leave a cookie, which is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user.

A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information back from the browser. Find out more about the use of cookies on
